Bishop Willard R. Johnson is a former DC Police officer.   He was called and consecrated to serve as Precious Cornerstone Gospel Church's Senior Pastor on October 4, 1998. Before that, he served as Youth Elder of St. James Restoration Church of Christ in God in Washington, DC after serving and being reared in the faith at Whosoever Will Church of God.

This anointed preacher, teacher, pastor, and author of the book "God's Classroom-Discovering Your Purpose" with an apostolic and prophetic anointing has expressed a burning desire to build lives one stone at a time. He teaches and counsels with integrity and compassion and ministers with patience and conviction the unadulterated word of truth.  Bishop Johnson takes worship and preaching very seriously, and encourages a life of obedience, submission, and intimacy with our heavenly Father. 

He was consecrated to the Bishopric in 2003, by Convention of Covenanting Churches under the leadership of Chief Prelate, Bishop Napolean Rhodes.  He served as the First Vice Bishop of the Church of Holiness in Christ under the leadership of Chief Prelate Apostle L.J. Beato from 2011-2014 and Vice President of Anointed Hope Connection Inc. from 2011-2014. 

Bishop Johnson has been happily married for 28 years to his wife, Monique Johnson who serves with him in ministry. They have four: Derrell, Alexis, Josiah, and Tobias, and one grandson: Jaiden.

Pastor Mo was consecrated to serve as Precious Cornerstone Gospel Church's Pastor October 4, 2013. Prior to that, she served with her as husband, Bishop Johnson in a various services as church administrator, choir director, praise and worship leader, liturgical dance minister, sexton, transportation driver, Sunday school teacher.

She is an anointed preacher and teacher with a heart for service unto God and His people.  She has expressed a burning desire to see woman healed and made whole and is the visionary for Y.E.S. (Yielding and Encouraging Sisters) a platform developed to encourage women to embrace all God as called them to be.  Pastor Mo takes worship and preaching very seriously and encourages daily worship and bible study with a focus on building intimate relationship with God.

She graduated from the Catholic University of America in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and from Walden University in 2019 with a Master's degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She utilizes her medical platform to minister healing, hope, and salvation to her patience through the love of God, prayer and ministry of the true word of God.

Pastor Mo has been happily married to Bishop Willard R. Johnson, Jr for 28 years. They have four Children : Derrell, Alexis, Josiah, and Tobias and one grandson: Jaiden.
